Sculpt Your Core in a 10-Minute Circuit

Quick and Efficient Circuit Routine

Each move lasts 45 seconds, followed by a 15-second rest. Repeat this 5-minute circuit twice for optimal results. Feel free to combine it with our other 10-minute workouts for a full-body burn.

1. Weighted Crunch

  • Lie on your back with knees bent, holding a medicine ball or dumbbell above your chest.
  • Engage your abdominal muscles to lift your torso off the ground.
  • Lower back down slowly and with control.

2. Bird Dog

  • Start on all fours, raising your right arm and left leg to parallel.
  • Use your core for stability and lower back down.
  • Repeat, alternating sides with left arm and right leg.

3. Side Plank

  • Achieve perfect alignment from shoulders to ankles.
  • Start in a regular plank and roll onto one side or begin lying on your side and raise yourself up.
  • Do a right-side plank on the first round and a left-side plank on the second round.

4. Bicycle Crunches

  • Lie on your back with hands behind your head.
  • Twist from your torso and shoulders, bringing right elbow to left knee.
  • Alternate sides, maintaining proper form.

5. Boat Pose

  • Start seated, lean back into a V shape, arms out for balance.
  • Keep your neck aligned, breathe regularly, and engage your abs.
  • Brace your core as if preparing for a stomach punch.
